Advisory Board shall provide recommendations on certain matters requested by the Advisor of the Society
The membership of the Board shall be comprised of seven members
One member shall be appointed by the Advisor of the Society, one member shall be appointed by the President of the Society, one member shall be appointed by the Executive Board, one member shall be appointed by the Constitution Committee, one member shall be appointed by the Election Committee, one member shall be appointed by the Disciplinary Committee, and one member shall be appointed by the Impeachment Committee
The Board shall appoint a Chairman from among the members
Recommendations provided by the Advisory Board shall be in the form of majority and dissenting opinions.
Members of the Advisory Board shall be accepted into such membership for a period not exceeding three years by a majority vote of the Executive Board with the written consent of the Advisor of the Society
Members of the Advisory Board cannot be impeached, but he or she may be removed from the membership by a motion of the Advisor of the Society in a Special Meeting
Removal of members of the Advisory Board shall require a majority vote of all voting members with a quorum
The removal procedure of the Advisory Board members shall follow provisions for impeachment, mutatis mutandis.
Members of the Advisory Board may resign from the position by tendering a letter of resignation to the Executive Board
The tenure of the Advisory Board members shall be automatically terminated if he or she is no longer a voting member of the Society
Official communication from and to the Advisory Board shall be through correspondence
